Payman O. Saied - Project Management and Strategic Design Reviews
Payman O. Saied (BSc, MPhil, Diploma, MICE, CEng), brings 30 years of extensive experience in project delivery, management, and technical engineering within the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
She has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex roads and infrastructure projects across the UK and the Middle East, consistently achieving the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and business efficiency.
A recognized technical expert in transportation and master planning, Payman has held leadership roles within global consultancy firms as well as government and semi-government authorities. Her broad expertise and strategic insight continue to drive successful project outcomes across diverse markets.
Emanuel Alewo Ogu - Contract and Commercial Management
Emanuel Alewo Ogu (BSc, DipArb, MRICS) is a seasoned Project Director, Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager, and Chartered Surveyor with 40 years of international experience in the contract administration and commercial management of building and infrastructure projects, particularly in the UAE and abroad.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration and Construction Law and is proficient in both FIDIC and other major international forms of contracts. Emanuel is recognized for his strong communication skills across all levels and is fully IT literate.

Yann Grynberg - Sustainable Solutions
Yann Grynberg is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of global experience in sustainability, digitalization, and smart systems. He has driven strategic innovations in Smart Cities, artificial intelligence, and energy-efficient systems across diverse markets.
Last year, Yann played a pivotal role in one of NEOM’s key projects, integrating sustainable infrastructure and achieving green certifications. As a former Director at NTU Singapore, he led a SGD 61 million corporate lab, overseeing more than 70 scientists on cutting-edge AI and carbon reduction initiatives.
A pioneer in Zero Energy Buildings and carbon strategy implementation across Asia, Yann has collaborated extensively with governments and industry leaders. He is fluent in several languages and well-versed in regulatory frameworks across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the broader APAC region.
Yann holds degrees from ESTP Paris and the London School of Economics, along with certifications from Cambridge, ULB, and BCA Singapore. His leadership experience spans prestigious organizations including Meinhardt, IES, ERI@N, and Bouygues.
A strong communicator and connector, Yann excels at building impactful partnerships and driving ESG innovation. He thrives in multicultural environments and is deeply passionate about sustainability, technology, and scalable solutions.
Dr. Nikos Theodoratos - Strategic Design Reviews
Dr. Nikos Theodoratos is a hydrology engineer with 20+ years of international experience across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and MSc degrees in civil and water resources engineering, with deep expertise in hydrology, hydraulic modelling, and infrastructure design.
He has delivered complex water projects under challenging regulatory and operational conditions, working as a consultant, designer, site engineer, and researcher. Known for his strategic thinking and technical rigour, he also supports team development and effective knowledge transfer.
Nikos has advised deeptech startups on innovation strategy, commercialisation, and growth. As an adviser to Premier Engineering Solutions, he helps clients solve complex challenges, recover underperforming projects, and enhance technical delivery.
Ramesh Chand Vishwakarma - Aviation, Highways, Value Engineering & Project Management
Ramesh Chand Vishwakarma is a seasoned civil engineer, planner, and lawyer with over 35 years of international experience in the design, construction, and management of airports, highways, seaports, infrastructure, and buildings. A Chartered Engineer (India) and certified Project Management Expert (Dubai Municipality & UAE Society of Engineers), he specializes in value engineering, pavement design, technical auditing, and contract compliance.
Fluent in multiple languages including Russian, Arabic, and Bangla, Ramesh has delivered projects across 18+ countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, including work funded by the World Bank, ADB, JICA, and other international agencies.
His strengths include geotechnical and pavement engineering, performance-based contracts, and training and capacity building, making him a trusted advisor in large-scale infrastructure development.
